Revert
Revert is clean, identified scrap that can return directly to a melt as a controlled input.
It is the most valuable form of aerospace scrap because its chemistry is known.
Solids
Solids include plate skeletons, forging flash, bar ends and rejected parts.
They are sorted by grade and sized to the buyer's requirement.
Turnings
Machining produces large volumes of Ti-6Al-4V turnings. Kept clean and segregated, they are a valuable feedstock.
